Admissions Procedure

1. Getting the application form : pick up on campus or download from our website Download the application form

2. Submitting the application form :
Period: Application open all year round
Time: Monday to Friday (9:30am – 5:00pm)
         Saturday (9:30am – 12:00nn)

3. Method : in person/ mail to our campus

4. Application fees:HK$40.0 (to be collected during submission of application forms) The application fees will not be refunded regardless of the success or failure of the application.

5. Documnet needed :
(1) one photo (to be stuck on the original copy of the application form)
(2) copy of the birth certificate
(3) three long envelopes (each with the student’s name, address, and a $2.2 stamp)

6. Admission Criteria :
(1)Face-to-face interview performance
(2)Applicants with siblings currently studying in the school will be given priority
(3)Applicants with familial needs may be given priority

7. Interview Arrangements :
(1)The school will arrange to interview all the children who have applied for admission before 31/10/2024 , the interview date will be arranged on 2/11/2024, we will inorm the interview time by post.
(2)The applicant is subject to group and / or individuall interviews.
(3)Only one parent is allowed to accompany the child to participate in the interview.
(4)If alternative language arrangement are required , please call us at 2448 2316.

8. Registration Arrangements :
Successful Applicants: Parents should complete the registration procedures during he “Centralised Dates” from 7 Jan to 9 Jan 2025 by submitted the original “Registration Certificate for KG admission (RC)” / “Admission Pass (AP)” and paying the registration fee HK$1,000 (K1-K3) / HK$1,500 (N1).
For applicants on the waiting list: The school will notify parents by phone to complete the registration procedures according to the specific date. Parents are required to submit the original of the RC/AP and paying the Registration fee HK$1,000 (K1-K3) / HK$1,500 (N1).

9. Application for “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” or “Kindergarten Admission Pass”
Parents who are applying for K1 Classes for the next academic year, please note that you have apply the Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission between September to November this year. Application for Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission

**Applicants can accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative / friend during interview so as to facilitate communication.**
**Please note that due to the places limitations, not all applicants who meet the priorty consideration will be admitted.**
